Mayra Aviles joined Youngman & Ericsson, LLP, in 2008 as the firm's paralegal. She has over 10 years experience in the legal field. Currently, she focuses on assisting attorneys with probate, civil litigation, estate planning and business-related cases. In this capacity, she works with the personal representative, trustee or executor in administering all aspects of the estate or trust. Her broad knowledge and years of experience allow her to clearly communicate, under the direction of an attorney, with personal representatives and answer their common questions concerning estate administration and the issues that arise. Additionally, Mayra is an accomplished and compassionate listener. She patiently and meticulously helps clients through the details and paperwork that are involved in estate & trust administration and settling estates.
Mayra was born and raised in San Francisco, California. She received her Associates Degree in Business Administration at Heald College, San Francisco and received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice and International Relations at San Francisco State University. She earned her Paralegal Certificate from Skyline College, San Bruno. Mayra is also a notary public and a member of the National Notary Association.
Mayra lives in Concord, California with her daughter Brianna and dog Twix. In her spare time, she enjoys being with family and friends.
